Fees to Tenants
Under Provisions of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 the following fees may be payable if you entered into a tenancy agreement with Northwest6 after 1st June 2019.

As per our tenancy agreement 
If an Amendment or Variation is required to the agreement a fee of £100 plus vat will be charged to the tenant.
If an early termination is sort by the tenant, they will be liable for the remaining rent due to the end of the tenancy agreement.
If rent is paid late interest will be charged on a daily rate of the Bank of England Rate of 3%.
If keys are lost or extra copies required a charge of £30.00 plus vat per key will be charged.
